• Tourist transportation companies receive programs issued by tourism agents (incoming tourism), whether the request is for a specific company or to request quotations from all tourist transportation companies after adding the details of the program and the specifications of the vehicle for searching and filtering option in TourEsco, the tourist transportation companies approve the program through a notification that confirms the company’s desire to execute the program. The approved program will be displayed on the tourist transportation company’s and the program operator’s portals.
• TourEsco eliminated paperwork or the work on limited-performance systems through its platform, by providing integrated processes that manage transferring the programs to vehicle drivers through the driver’s portal and enable the captains to know the program’s details from the pickup until the end of the scheduled routes, in addition to the name of the tour guide, the additional program expenses, the trip route, and the accommodation schedule, where the company’s management can track the program execution online.
• It provides a specific chat feature for documentation purposes and eliminates the use of other external communication programs.
