Types of requests

• General request:

This type of request allows tourism agencies to send their programs to all tourist transport companies (buses and cars) by describing the targeted vehicle and providing the program details, which include the program dates, visitors’ information, transportation map, and routes, then the request will be sent through TourEsco platform to tourist transport companies (buses and cars).

 

• Requests from electronic search:

Through the advanced search capability, TourEsco facilitates tourism agents to access the schedules of all transportation companies and choose one of the available vehicles that meet the needs of executing tourist programs or serving the scheduled conferences and exhibitions effectively. Additionally, tourism agents can use this feature to raise requests for pickups and delivery of VIPs and individual visitors.

 

• Request for a specific vehicle:

This type of request allows tourism agents to make a direct request to execute their programs by a specific tourism transport, and that’s by choosing from their favorite list on their portal.

 

• Freelance transporter request:

TourEsco also focused on the freelancers’ segment, which is a core element in providing tourism transportation services, therefore, the platform was designed to integrate tourist transportation companies, and incoming tourism agencies, which facilitates sending requests to all drivers whose vehicles match the description of the request, or to a specific driver, or from the options of distinguished drivers for the tourism agencies.
